some issues
small bathroom lacking cleaning
The bathroom was a joke, very small. i had to keep the door open just to reach the sink. also, there was no proper cleaning done. My son had a nosebleed, i wiped the floor, but the cleaning lady didn't bother washing it or even changing the towels. these oversights ruined my already low expectations.

great location friendly staff bed bugs front desk
location was VERY good. Only a few minutes walk to union square. Staff are friendly
i found evidence of bed bugs on my bed. Called the front desk 4 time and didn't not receive an answer. I called bell service to request assistance and ultimately had to make my way back down to front desk.
